A couple of posts ago, I wrote about my travel plans for my last two weeks here. Fourteen days, eight cities, and three people. You didn’t think I’d be going alone, did you? From April 18th to May 1st, three of us will be hopping from city to city, taking in much of what Europe has to offer.
What I want to do here is introduce you to the two people I get to explore Europe with.
Kira is a 3rd year Journalism major from Chapman University. From Seattle, WA (the second-best west coast city following the infamous Portland, OR), she enjoys dancing, making friends with everyone, and smiling a lot (as shown in this picture). Her personal mantra while studying abroad is “say yes to everything” which has played out pretty well so far, considering how saying yes to everything could potentially backfire.
Will is a 3rd year Economics and Mathematics double-major from Villanova University. From Cranford, New Jersey, he enjoys country music (a positive), cheering for those boys in blue (Chelsea FC, a negative), and drinking a pint or three with his mates. He’s very afraid of heights so cliff jumping is probably out for Santorini, but he’s open to anything else.
So there you have it. I hope you were able to get an idea of who I’m traveling with. Come April 18th, Europe will be welcoming three wide-eyed travelers with open arms. With these two as company, the trip can’t be anything less than complete.
